26 July 2007. Another LONG day trip from Calahonda. About a 2 hour drive each way. Lucky for us, there is a new AutoVia under construction so we didn't have to drive on back roads for too long. Cordoba is the home of the Mezquita, "the grandest and most beautiful mosque ever constructed by the Moors and is a building of extraordinary mystical and aestheic power." Now, it has been converted into a Catholic Cathedral. Of course, it was the highlight of our trip.
